Taught Programmes

Taught postgraduate programmes have many elements of Bachelors' degrees in that they offer students the chance to engage with a range of core and/or elective classes—evaluated by exams, assignments and project work—to gain their qualification. As well as scheduled modules and assessment modes, Master's (Level 9) degrees and structured PhD programmes include the completion of a research dissertation or thesis on a prescribed or chosen topic.
