Adults with Williams Syndrome Share Ideas for Research

At the WoNDER Centre summer camp 2025, adults with WS gave their views on what they would like researched. This ensures that the research carried out by the WoNDER Centre is based on the needs of the people it strives to support. They have requested more information about their condition that they can understand, they have identified questions they would like answered and they are interested in taking part in research through interviews and focus groups. 

Issues for Discussion

Conversations centred around WS identity, the concept of friendship and independence. These areas are currently being explored as part of a research study to support adults with WS. Any adults with WS interested in joining the focus group discussions can contact Fionnuala.
