Wired FM

Wired FM is undergoing a major transformation. We are becoming WIRED+, a multi-media platform serving the community of students of Limerick. After nearly 30 years on air as a radio station, it’s time to celebrate our achievements and grow our project.

We will be providing training in multiple-media production, and teaching you how to communicate effectively with others across all platforms.

Wired FM will be back on air in January 2026 on 99.9FM and we are currently training students in MIC and TUS in Moylish and Clare Street campuses. They are busy making podcasts at the moment and if you would like to join them or go on air next semester, click on the link below to sign up.
