Due to the current College closure as a result of the Covid-19 crisis, we are unable to issue official transcripts of results at present. However, we can arrange for a PDF copy of your transcript to be emailed to you. If you require a PDF copy of your transcript, please email your request to SAA@mic.ul.ie.
Both Digitary and the European Diploma Supplement are currently unavailable. To gain access to either, please contact Student Academic Administration, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are two ways of obtaining official academic transcripts from Mary Immaculate College.
Current Students can obtain copies of their Transcripts (to date) from the Student Academic Administration Office. Students must present their ID Card to request and collect Transcripts. Students must allow 24 hours from requesting to collection of Transcripts.
MIC graduates from 2008 onwards can use Digitary, a system which enables graduates to access their documents online, and allows recruiters and others to verify the authenticity of these electronic documents via a secure website hosted at University of Limerick.
MIC graduates prior to 2008 should contact Student Academic Administration directly for their transcripts by emailing email@example.com

Information for Graduates
Mary Immaculate College graduates from 2008 onwards can obtain a copy of their transcript online using the Digitary service. The system uses highly secure technologies and is much more secure than traditional paper verification methods.
Students who have completed their programme of study and are due to graduate can request a copy of their transcript by logging in to the Digitary Graduate site. Click here for further information.
If you graduated prior to 2008, you can obtain a copy of your transcript by contacting Student Academic Administration. There is a fee of €10 and graduates have to provide a College ID number (if possible), programme of study, date of birth and a forwarding address in the event that the address on your transcript differs from your current address. SAA will ensure that your request is completed within one working week.
MIC graduates from 2005 onwards can obtain a copy of their European Diploma Supplement online using the Digitary service. Further information regarding the European Diploma Supplement is available here.
MIC graduates from 2005 onwards can obtain an electronic version of their award (equivalent to a certified copy of a degree parchment) online using the Digitary service.
Please note that the Parchment Documents on Digitary are issued by the University of Limerick. Graduates of MIC are required to request these from UL once they login to the Digitary graduate site, they are not issued automatically. Click here for further information.
MIC graduates prior to 2005 can request a replacement parchment if your parchment has been misplaced or destroyed by contacting Student Academic Administration.
Please complete the relevant form here. There is a €60 fee payable for a replacement parchment.
Access to the Digitary site is provided via your Student Administration Portal account, i.e. the account you use to access http://www.si.ul.ie
If you do not know your PIN/Password for your Student Administration Portal account you can request to have it reset by sending an email with your name and student ID number to firstname.lastname@example.org
When your PIN/Password for your Student Administration Portal account is reset, you must login to the portal at http://www.si.ul.ie and create a new PIN/Password of your own choice before accessing the Digitary Graduate site. The Digitary Graduate site can be found here.

Queries on transcripts for graduates from St Patrick's College, Thurles (now MIC Thurles)

Each student attending Mary Immaculate College is required to carry a current valid student identity card while on campus. The ID card is issued initially at enrolment. If you lose your card, there is a fee to replace it.
Student Academic Administration will issue replacement cards (at a charge of €10) during usual opening hours. In certain circumstances, cards may be posted to your home address.
MIC Thurles students who require replacement ID cards should contact Kathryn or Bernie at the campus reception. There is a charge of €10.
