About the Seminar

The Embracing Diversity, Nurturing Integration Project (EDNIP) is a research and intervention partnership initiative in Mary Immaculate College that works with five DEIS band 1 primary schools in Limerick city to promote and support the inclusion and integration of migrant children and families into school and community life.

This seminar seeks to disseminate the learning from the EDNIP project to a wider audience so that more schools will benefit from the EDNIP model of inclusion and integration. The seminar will offer practical advice and shared experience from the current EDNIP schools to embed inclusion and integration throughout the school community. EDNIP provides a blueprint to build a sustainable culture of inclusion and integration in all schools.

The seminar would like to bring together primary school staff including teachers, SNAs, principals, HSCLs or anyone who would like to learn more about inclusion and integration in a diverse school setting.

  • Where: MIC Limerick
  • When: Tuesday 4 November 2025, 9.30am to 1.30pm
