ROOM BOOKING INFORMATION

The Outlook Calendar Room Booking system allows for the direct booking by staff members of the following meeting rooms C6, C7, G06A, T111 and T310.

Instructions on how to use the system are available here.

Any questions you may have regarding use of this system can be directed to the ICT Helpdesk.

If you wish to book rooms in the College (including G10) or have any queries regarding an existing room booking you have placed, please email the following address: Roombookings@mic.ul.ie. If you wish to speak to someone on the phone regarding room bookings, please contact Trish Kennedy on ext: 4501.

Please note: From 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday during term time, lecture rooms (excluding G10 and the meeting rooms) are booked through Student Academic Adminstration. There are also separate contacts for specific rooms. Complete guidelines for all room bookings are available here.
