Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowships 2019 - Final Pre-Call

Please find attached here the pre-call announcement from the Irish Research Council for the Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme 2019.

6th Irish Geomorphology Scientific Workshop -  call for abstracts

The School of Geography and Environmental Sciences at Ulster University is organizing the 6th Irish Geomorphology Scientific Workshop. Contributions are invited from researchers working in marine, coastal and terrestrial landforms in the island of Ireland. The revised deadline for abstract submission is the 31st of October. BiodivERsA 2018-2019 Transnational Call for Research Proposals Now Open

The BiodivERsA 2018-2019 transnational call for research proposals on Biodiversity and its influence on animal, human and plant health is now open. The call, which launched on the 1st October 2018, aims at supporting transnational research projects jointly addressing issues at the nexus of biodiversity and animal, human and/or plant health across the different relevant spatial, and temporal scales in an effort to support evidence-based decision-making.

Deadline for submission of pre-proposals (mandatory): 16th November 2018, 16:00 CET (local time in Brussels). More details here.

Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowships 2019

Are you interested in recruiting a postdoc to your MIC research group?

Are you an early stage researcher interested in applying for a postdoctoral fellowship?

The 2019 call for Government of Ireland Postdoctoral Fellowships is imminent. Application documentation will be published shortly. If there is sufficient interest, the RGS will organise an event to advise applicants and mentors on the preparation required to make an application. This will include Writing a Personal Statement, Research Ethics, Gender Aspects, Research Budgets as well as Mentor Reports (for mentors).

Tipperary Education and Training Board: Request for Quotation

Dobbin Atlantic Scholarship Programme - FINAL REMINDER

DEADLINE 17th of October

Scholarships will be awarded to Irish and Canadian applicants, in support of research trips between Ireland and the Atlantic provinces of Canada, with the awards supporting research visits for a period of three to five weeks.


Successful research projects will explore areas such as;
• our common culture, history and heritage
• the potential of our shared resources
• scientific and technological innovation


Applications must be submitted to ICUF by Wednesday 17th of October. More details here.

Government of Ireland Academic Mobility Programme

The HEA  has launched the 2019 call under the Government of Ireland International Academic Mobility programme.  €500,000 is being made available to support the outward mobility of staff from Irish higher education institutions to countries on any continent. Applicants are reminded that the deadline is 17.00 hours on Friday 26 October 2018. The call document and application form can be downloaded here.

Host a U.S Scholar through the Fulbright Inter-Country Awards

Irish institutions can invite U.S. Fulbright professionals to Ireland for short periods through the Fulbright Inter-country Awards. The purpose of the visit can be lecturing, consulting, workshop participation, evaluation/development project or other relevant outreach activity with wide impact. SCoTENs Conference: Education as a Common Good: the Role of Teacher Education

This year’s annual conference will take place at Canal Court Hotel, Newry on 18 and 19 October 2018. The 2018 SCOTENS Annual Conference invites debate on how ‘the common good’ – an alternative conception to ‘the public good’ – can help us think about our approaches to teacher education. Irish Research Council Researcher of the Year awards - call for nominations open

Now in their second year, the IRC Researcher of the Year awards will commend the very best of the Council’s current awardees or alumni working in academia, industry, civic society or the public sector. 
There are three categories of awards:
 
Category 1 – Researcher of the year
Category 2 – Early-career researcher of the year
Category 3 – Alumnus of the year currently based outside academia

The application process involves a nomination stage by the host higher education/research-performing institution for categories 1 and 2.
 
Applications in category 3 are welcomed directly from applicants who are making a highly significant contribution in their chosen field to industry, civil society or the public sector. Institutions are welcome to encourage eligible Council alumni to self-nominate for category 3.

The deadline for receipt of nominations is 5 October 2018. Nominations will be considered for selection by an independent panel. More details here.

EPA - Irish Research Council Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme 2019

Over the course of the current research programme (2014-2020) the EPA, in partnership with the Irish Research Council (IRC) Government of Ireland Post-Graduate Scholarship Scheme provides funding annually for scholarships in the three pillar areas of Climate, Water and Sustainability. This programme offers scholarships for suitably qualified individuals to pursue a research master's or PhD (either traditional or structured), in any discipline, at eligible higher education institutions in Ireland. The total value of the Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship, and all strategic funding partner scholarships, will be up to a maximum of €24,000 in any approved year. 2019 Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship — call now open

The Irish Research has opened its call for the 2019 Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Programme. All applications should be submitted via the online system by the deadline of 16:00 (Irish time) on 1 November 2018. More details here.

The 2019-2020 Fulbright Irish Awards Application Period is now open!

Fulbright Irish Awards fund and support postgraduate students, researchers, academics and professionals across all disciplines to study, research, or teach / lecture in the USA. The application deadline for 2019-2020 Fulbright Irish Awards is 4pm, 6 November 2018. More details here.

HRB Investigator Led Projects 2019 is now launched.

The HRB is pleased to announce a call for applications for the Investigator Led Projects (ILP) 2019. The new ILP replaces the Health Research Awards (HRA) scheme, and aims to support the creation of new knowledge that, over time, will help to address major health challenges in society and have an impact on tomorrow’s healthcare. The award will provide funding for personnel costs, running costs, dissemination costs and a contribution to overheads. The maximum value of awards supported is €370,000 (inclusive of overheads) for 24-48 months. Deadline for submission of applications to HRB: Thursday, 11 October 2018 at 13.00. More details here.

Cork County Childcare Committee: Research Tender

Cork County Childcare Committee supports all childcare providers in Cork County, including registered childcare services, afterschool services and childminders. Cork County Childcare Committee wish to work with a research partner to explore the issues arising from delivering a quality childcare service in a rural area. Proposals should be submitted by post no later than 5pm Wednesday 5th of September 2018. More details here.

Snuggle Stories: Evaluation Tender Invitation

The Snuggle Stories initiative is an action in the Waterford Children and Young People’s Plan (2016-2018). The Snuggle Stories project is managed by a CYPSC interagency group including Waterford Childcare Committee, Waterford/Wexford ETB, HSE, Túsla, Waterford Libraries, Foroige, Waterford Area Partnership and Respond Support. R&D: launch of Ulysses programme for 2019

The 2019 Ulysses programme for R&D projects has been issued. Ulysses is the scheme designed to support new research collaborations between Irish and French researchers. The aim of this scheme is to foster new collaborations between researchers in Ireland and France by funding reciprocal travel visits between two research groups over the course of one year. Deadline for applications: 19th September 2018. More details here.

The Irish Research Council has opened a call for EPS Postdocs. The list of organisations who are seeking researchers is available here.

INVITATION TO TENDER for Consultations to develop a Play and Recreation Policy for Limerick City and County Council (Phase 2)

Limerick City and County Council (Comhairle Cathrach agus Contae Luimnigh) is inviting tenders for a consultation process with children, young people, parents/carers and professionals in order to inform the development of a Play and Recreation Policy. Details for consultation can be found here and here. Final date for submission of proposals is Friday 17th August.

Ulysses 2018 Call Open

The aim of the Ulysses scheme is to foster new collaborations between Irish- and French-based researchers by providing seed funding for reciprocal travel visits over the course of one year. The scheme thus facilitates the exchange of innovative ideas and approaches between Irish- and French-based researchers across all disciplines. A Ulysses award will involve researcher(s) based in Ireland travelling to France and researcher(s) based in France travelling to Ireland. The application deadline is 19th September 2018. IRC COALESCE 2018 - Opening of Online Application System for Applicants

The online system for submitting applications for this scheme opened on 2nd July 2018.

Indicative versions of the application forms are provided for information purposes only. All participants must create and submit their forms via the online system. All potential applicants must have submitted an expression of interest by 28 June 2018. Failure to submit an expression of interest will render any submitted application ineligible. CAROLINE Call 3 updates

Please note a couple of updates pertaining to the Call 3:

- An updated FAQ document has been published on the scheme website in the section with information for applicants, mentors and referees at http://research.ie/assets/uploads/2017/07/CAROLINE-FAQ-2019-v2.pdf

- A webinar for prospective applicants is expected to take place in mid-July, the date will be confirmed in due course. IRC plan to record the webinar and if it works well, the recording will be made available on the IRC website.

The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission: Human Rights and Equality Grant Scheme 2018

The Human Rights and Equality Grant Scheme 2018 is now open for applications. The aim of this scheme is to encourage leadership and excellence with a view to creating a deeper culture of human rights and equality in Ireland. It supports eligible activities that relate to one or both of the themes of:

A. Intercultural Understanding and Diversity;
B. Supporting the Implementation of the Public Sector Duty.

PAUL Partnership Limerick: Invitation to Tender for the Local Evaluation of ABC Start Right

The Area Based Childhood (ABC) Programme is jointly funded by the Department of Children and Youth Affairs and Atlantic Philanthropies and is nationally managed by the Centre for Effective Services (CES) and Pobal. ABC Start Right Limerick is an early intervention and prevention initiative focusing on the ante-natal to 6 years age-group in the city centre and north side of Limerick City. PAUL Partnership CLG now wishes to contract a research consultant/consultants to undertake a local evaluation of ABC Start Right project.

It is the aim of the Foundation to support preeminent scholars and academics who are leaders, or future leaders, in their academic or post-academic professional field, and to this end, awards are made on two levels: If you are an established senior researcher or academic, and taking part-time sabbatical-style leave from your academic appointments, or if you are a PhD student or post-doctoral academic in the early stages of your research career, you may be eligible for the Flaherty Research Scholarship. Applications must be submitted by Monday 25th of June. More details here.

CAROLINE Call 3 updates

Please find below some updates on the MSCA COFUND CAROLINE fellowships scheme Call 3:

1. The online application system is now open for applicants.
2. A webinar for applicants will be organized for early July. As was the case under the previous call, an invitation will be sent to all applicants registered in the online system closer to the date, and the relevant information with a link to join the webinar will be provided on the scheme microsite
3. The usual FAQ process will be in place and the first edition of the FAQ document will be published by the end of the Monday, 11th June.

This is the very last call under the scheme. There will be no flexibility regarding postponing the fellowship start date, all fellowships will have to start on 1st June 2019 without exceptions.For queries please contact cofund@research.ie.

Advanced Laureate Award Programme

The IRC Advanced Laureate Award Programme is now open. Applicants intending to apply from the University of Limerick should register interest with the Research Office.The Expression of Interest (EOI) stage is an institutional submission. All EOIs should reach the Research Office for signature no later than 4pm Wednesday 13th of June. For further information contact Mary.Collins@mic.ul.ie.

HEA Innovation Call 2018

Higher education institutions are invited to make proposals for funding under the Innovation Call 2018. The aims of this programme are:


1. To support innovative and transformative proposals from institutions or groups of institutions with potential application and impact across the higher education system.
2. To align innovation and transformation with the Key System Objectives for the higher education system.

The amount of funding available in 2018 is €5m. It is envisaged a further call for funding will be issued in 2019. Proposals should be submitted, by close of business on 27th July 2018 to innovation@hea.ie. More details here.

Forthcoming IRC call for proposals: combining Research for Policy and Society scheme and New Horizons Interdisciplinary Awards scheme

COALESCE builds on and brings together two former funding programmes, namely Research for Policy and Society and the New Horizons Interdisciplinary Research Awards. The new call seeks to fund excellent research addressing national and European/global national challenges as set out in the challenge frameworks now in place. It is envisaged that IRC will award several million euro for this first iteration of the call. Pobal: Invitation to Tender - Early Years Sector Profile Report 2017 / 2018

Pobal wishes to commission a person or organisation to be the primary author of the 2017/2018 report.The requirements for tenderers are outlined in Pobal’s Request for Proposal for the Early Years Sector Profile Report 2017/2018. The Request for Proposal outlines the requirements of the tender, the qualification and award criteria and also includes the Pobal Tender Response Form that all tenderers must complete. IRC Advanced Laureate Award Programme-Now open

The Irish Research Council (IRC), Advanced Laureate Award Programme is now open. Applicants intending to apply from MIC should register  interest with Mary Collins, HEO Research & Graduate School. The Expression of Interest (EOI) stage is an institutional submission. All EOIs should reach the Research Office for signature no later than 4pm Wednesday 13th of June. CAROLINE 2019 (Call 3) pre-call announcement

There will be a third call for applications under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND scheme “Collaborative Research Fellowships for a Responsive and Innovative Europe - CAROLINE”.A pre-call announcement for CAROLINE Call 3 is attached. The Council’s website will be updated accordingly next week.

Important: Please note the change in the structure and duration of International fellowships. Both fellowship types will be 2-year awards and only one optional placement will be possible under International fellowships. In line with the Council’s general policy, applicants who have applied for funding under both previous calls and their application was unsuccessful on both occasions are not eligible to re-apply under Call 3. Applications deemed ineligible do not count as unsuccessful applications.

INTO GRANTS FOR EDUCATION RESEARCH BURSARY SCHEME 2018/2019

Closing date for applications: Friday 28 September 2018

The INTO Bursary Scheme for members will be continued for 2018. As part of the INTO 150th anniversary there will be five bursaries of €3,000, which are open to all INTO members to apply for any project which has been approved as a research endeavour by a recognised third level institute will be considered for grant purposes. Applications must be sent on the relevant application form, available here. All applications received by the closing date will be examined by an independent assessor who will make recommendations on the applications. Bursaries will be awarded at a ceremony at this year’s INTO Consultative Conference on Education which takes place on Friday 16 November 2018, in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone. More details here.

Barnardos - Content Development of a Guide for Early Years Professionals on Safe Internet and Social Media Use: Request for Tender

Barnardos Learning and Development Service wishes to engage a Contractor(s) to develop the content for Guide for Early Years Professionals on Safe Internet and Social Media Use. Deadline for tender responses is 26th April. Full details in the Tender document attached here.

Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities Small Research Grants

Each year, ACCU offers a maximum of five small research grants to facilitate research projects that advance understanding of Catholic higher education in the United States. Projects that provide new information or develop data-gathering tools or methodologies regarding the assessment of Catholic mission and identity are especially welcome. Submissions for 2018 will be accepted beginning on March 1, 2018, and no later than May 1, 2018. More details here.

2018 EPA Research Calls

The tentative schedule for the 2018 EPA Research Calls under its three Research Pillars: Climate, Sustainability & Water is as follows:

EPA Research Programme Limerick Roadshow

Please find attached the power-point presentation delivered at the recent EPA Research Programme Limerick Roadshow event held in UL on Friday March 23rd. The planned launch date of this year’s research call is April 23rd with a deadline of 25th June.

The Royal Irish Academy - Research Grants

The Royal Irish Academy is internationally renowned for its role in promoting excellence in scholarship and recognising achievements in learning. The Academy began providing research grants in 1876, and this legacy of supporting academic researchers in Ireland continues today. Grants programmes support researchers in developing international networks, undertaking archaeological excavations and fostering academic engagement across a range of disciplines in Ireland and abroad. Application deadlines are cyclical. MIC researchers are advised to consult the following link on a regular basis to access opportunities as they arise from time to time. Tusla – Child and Family Agency: Request for Tender - Aftercare

At this time Tusla requires a consultant/ researcher with capacity to collate information relating to the provision of aftercare service and other services available to those leaving care.The identified consultant/ researcher will undertake an analysis of qualitative and quantitative data and information to produce a report that will provide clear information to Tusla that would be useful to those leaving care. This information will then be used by Tusla to support the development of a publication and website for aftercare. Submissions should be sent to comms@tusla.ie with the subject line ‘Tender for aftercare project’. The formal submission should be received no later than 12pm on Wednesday 11th April 2018. International Action Research Colloquium 2018 | Registration now open

The 8th annual International Action Research Colloquium on 'Developing Leadership through Action Research' is being held at University College Dublin on June 28th and 29th 2018, with pre-colloquium activities on June 27th. Professor Joe Raelin, an internationally-recognised scholar in the fields of work-based learning and leadership, will be a keynote speaker at this year's event. Erasmus+ and Digital Skills Traineeships 2018

The European Commission has launched a pilot project for the development of digital skills through Erasmus+ traineeships – known as the “Digital Opportunity Scheme”– it will be implemented under Erasmus+ calls 2018 and 2019. The aim is to better support higher education students in all disciplines to acquire the digital skills necessary to thrive in the modern world and successfully tackle the challenges that the future holds. NCCA Research tender

The NCCA has issued a Request for Tender for a research audit of recently reviewed and redeveloped primary curricula in other jurisdictions comparable to Ireland. The closing date and time is 18 April, 2018 at 5pm. More details here.

SFI Infrastructure Programme UL EoI

SFI have launched the Infrastructure programme to support the research community in building and sustaining the required infrastructural capacity to accomplish high quality, high impact and innovative research in areas of STEM. Full details of the programme are outlined in the SFI call document. In order to support and progress applications to this programme, we would ask that all PIs/groups/teams developing an application to this programme, provide a brief overview of the infrastructure, using the Expression of Interest (EoI) document. Please note that progressing an application to this programme is contingent on the availability of funds to support the mandatory cash cost required by this programme. Completed EoIs should be emailed to me (Sinead.odoherty@ul.ie) by Friday, the 23rd of March, 13.00.

HRB Conference and event sponsorship scheme 2018

The overarching aim of this scheme is to create an opportunity for Institutions, Organisations, or for researchers funded by the HRB in the period of up to three years before the closing date, to apply for funding to host health research related events, workshops or conferences in Ireland. All applications must to be submitted by email to sponsorship(at)hrb.ie by 28 March 2018. Further details here.

Developing Leadership through Action Research: 8th International Action Research Colloquium

Fulbright Scholarships to study, research or lecture in the USA

On Wednesday 21 March the Fulbright Commission will visitMary Immaculate College to give an overview of Fulbright opportunities for Irish and EU citizens to study research and teach / lecture in the USA, and opportunities for your institution to host a US Fulbright Student or Scholar. Final year undergraduates, postgraduates, researchers and staff across all disciplines are invited to attend. Irish Language Programme 2018-19 Call for applications

Each year, with the support of the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, ICUF appoints a number of Irish Language Instructors to work in our partner universities in Canada.This programme exists to support the development and growth of the Irish language in Canada. As such, the role of the Irish Language Instructor is twofold; she/he is engaged to teach the Irish Language within the university, and to support the development of the Irish Language in the wider community. The total pool of funding available from the GENDER-NET Plus call, including the EC contribution, will be €10.6m. A new International Academic Mobility Programme has been announced by the Minister for Education and Skills, Mr. Richard Bruton T.D. and Minister of State for Higher Education, Mary Mitchell O’Connor, T.D. The scheme, to be known as the Government of Ireland Academic Mobility Programme, will provide €500,000 to enable staff from public and certain private higher education institutions to undertake collaborative mobilities and activities with partner institutions in high potential international markets in support of the objectives of the International Education Strategy 2016-2020, “Irish Educated, Globally Connected”. MRCG/HRB Joint Funding Scheme 2018

The MRCG/HRB Joint Funding Scheme enables MRCG-registered research charities to support research of particular interest to specific patient populations. The scheme provides funding for research projects in disease areas that are of strategic relevance to individual MRCG-registered research charities. Each MRCG/HRB Joint Funding Scheme award is worth up to €300,000 for a project of between 12 and 36 months’ duration. Full details here.

Research Tender: Focus Ireland Study  ‘New Family Formation: Young Parents & Family Homelessness’

Focus Ireland is commissioning this study on ‘new family formation’ and young parents entering homelessness as a way of garnering a greater understanding of the causes and impacts of homelessness among this cohort. It will aim to inform service planning and delivery as well as feeding into policy planning pertaining to the homelessness and housing exclusion of young parents. The study will focus on the experience of the young parents themselves, along with the views of relevant statutory and voluntary sector stakeholders. Deadline: Wednesday 1st Nov by 5pm. ICUSTA FUND FOR SOLIDARITY PROJECTS AND SOCIAL VOLUNTEER ACTIONS

ICUSTA based on its mission and vision, wants to strengthen the activities that its member institutions carry out with disadvantaged communities by putting its students and teachers in contact with the noblest Christian sense of welcoming and helping others. 2 projects for a total grant of $ 10,000 (USD) each will be awarded. Kildare County Childcare Committee: Invitation to Tender to conduct a Needs Analysis of the ECCE and School Aged Childcare Sector in Kildare

Kildare County Childcare Committee (KCCC) wish to conduct an analysis of the needs of the ECCE sector in Kildare in order to evaluate if KCCC is meeting the needs identified. It is intended that analysis will provide recommendations for KCCC in how best to meet the needs of the sector arising from the analysis. The needs analysis will comprise of two parts; desk-top research and focus groups/consultations. The needs analysis will be conducted with Early Years Services to include childminders, school aged childcare services, practitioners employed in services, and parents in the five municipal districts of the county. Call for Participation in the 2nd SCoTENS Doctoral Studies Roundtable

The Standing Conference on Teacher Education North and South (SCoTENS) invites proposals for participation and working papers at the 2nd SCoTENS Doctoral Studies Roundtable.  The Roundtable will provide a mix of short presentations by participants on their work in progress and from speakers who are leaders in the field of Teacher Education and related research in Ireland and beyond.  It will be held in conjunction with the 15th Annual SCoTENS Conference, which takes place on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 October 2017 in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dundalk. This Roundtable will bring together doctoral researchers working on topics relating to teachers, teaching, and teacher education in its broadest readings on the island of Ireland.  Proposals for presentations are due Friday, 22 September. 2018 Charlemont Grants now open

The Charlemont Grants are unique in that they offer young Irish researchers the opportunity to travel internationally, make important connections and further their research networks in any discipline. The scheme is open to postdoctoral researchers who are not more than seven years past the awarding of their PhDs at the start of the term of the grant period. Travel grants are available for up to €2,500 for a clearly defined piece of research, which will have an identifiable outcome on the completion of the project. Collaborative Research Fellowships for a Responsive and Innovative Europe (CAROLINE) 2018

This scheme will provide experienced researchers with an opportunity to obtain a prestigious research mobility and career development fellowship. Successful candidates will carry out research either in Ireland or abroad.  CAROLINE will attract experienced researchers from any discipline to conduct research relevant to the themes of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for shared economic prosperity, social development, and environmental protection. Ulysses 2017

The programme “Ulysses” is designed to support new research collaborations between Irish and French researchers. Support is provided for short visits to partner institutions and covers travel and subsistence costs. Dobbin Atlantic Scholarship Programme - Call for Applications

It is with great pleasure that we announce the call for applications for the 2017-18 Dobbin Atlantic Scholarship Programme. It is the objective of this programme to develop a new generation of academic, artistic, cultural and economic links between Atlantic Canada and Ireland. ERC pre-announces its 2018 grant competitions

The European Research Council (ERC) has pre-announced its 2018 Work Programme and grant competitions with a total budget of €1.86 billion. One of the programme's new elements is the reintroduction of Synergy Grants, the funding scheme for groups of two to four scientists who can jointly address ambitious research problems. IRC Ulysses 2017 - Call now open

The programme facilitates the exchange of innovative ideas and approaches between Irish and French researchers and the development of mutual research projects involving young Irish researchers visiting France and reciprocal visits involving young French researchers to Ireland.  The programme offers grants of up to 2 x €2,500 to Irish and French Researchers to support visits linked to mutual research projects. New funding opportunity for the Promotion of Migrant Integration. Minimum grant size is 5000 euro, max 100,000+ euro over max 3 years. The funding call includes funding for research on interculturalism and work on integration in schools.It is possible to have a joint application, whereby one organisation is selected as the lead with responsibility for signing the grant contract. SPHeRE PhD Recruitment

The SPHeRE PhD Programme in Population Health and Health Services Research (PHHSR) aspires to cultivate world-class researchers through a four year, full-time, structured PhD Programme. EURIAS Fellowship Call

This international researcher mobility programme offers 10 month residencies in a number of participating institutions and are available to researchers working in the humanities and social sciences, but can be granted to scholars in the life sciences. Cochrane Training Courses aim to build awareness and capacity in conducting and using systematic reviews in Ireland. NORFACE: Dynamics of Inequality Across the Life-course: structures and processes (DIAL) - call for outline proposals

The Irish Research Council is delighted to announce that NORFACE is now inviting to its new transnational research programme on Dynamics of Inequality Across the Life-course: structures and processes (DIAL). The main focus of this research programme will be on understanding the dynamics of inequalities as they unfold over the life course, casual processes in relation to these inequalities, the impact on social cohesion and the identifications of opportunities for policy interventions. The official Call announcement and application documents are available here.
