Schools Outreach

MIC's Schools Outreach Programme involves  visiting secondary schools, attending career fairs, co-ordinating the College Open Days, Information Evenings, Taster Sessions and offering campus tours to ensure that as many prospective students as possible realise the full range of exciting opportunities MIC has to offer.

Each year more and more Career Guidance Counsellors are recognising the benefit of providing their transition year, fifth year and sixth year students with the opportunity to speak with a representative from Mary Immaculate College. Students gain an insight into the College's range of programmes, as well as the subject choices and career prospects related to them, and they get to ask any questions that they might have about student life at MIC. Personal delivery of interactive presentations supplements information already available in the prospectus in hard-copy and web-based formats.

We are currently taking bookings for the academic year 2018 – 2019. To arrange a school visit at a time that is suitable for you and your class please contact our Student Recruitment Officer, Dr Patrick Cosgrove, T: + 353 61 774775 E: Patrick.Cosgrove@mic.ul.ie
