Digital Theatre Plus

Subject: Theatre
Content:  Digital Theatre Plus offers streamed films of leading British theatre productions for educational use in schools, colleges and universities. Each production is supported by additional content, including interviews with the creative and production teams and written study guides. Included are complete, recently-filmed stage productions of plays, musicals, and operas from the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Young Vic, and other well-known West End companies and venues.

Literature Online (LION)

Subject: English & American poetry, prose & drama
Content:  Runs from the 8th Century to the 21st Century and includes 340,000 works of poetry, 6,000 works of Drama, 2,250 works of prose as well as 180+ journals. LION can be used to cross search the MLA International Bibliography and Annual Bibliography of English Language and Literature (ABELL)

Performing Arts Database

Content: Database designed specifically for the performing arts, with records from as early as 1864. It covers every angle of the performing arts, and contains articles on dance, film, drama, theatre, stagecraft, musical theatre, performance art, circus, performance, storytelling, opera, pantomime, puppetry and magic, amongst others.
