The Library Stores hold material that is less in demand than the stock in the main library.
Material held in the stores will have one of the following locations listed when you find it in the Library Catalogue:-
Requesting material from the external stores
Store Retrieval Forms are held at the Library Issue Desk. You will need to complete a form for each item requested giving the details of the item and your details.

How long do requests take?
Collections are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Requests received before 10.00 am will normally be dealt with the same day. Requests received after 10.00 am will be carried forward to the next collection.
How am I informed my request is available?
- If you logon to My Account on the library catalogue page and check Reservations you should see the item with ‘Waiting collection’ status.
- An email will be send to your college email account.
- Call to the Issue Desk and ask if the item is available for collection.
