Welcome to the Irish Social Science Platform at Mary Immaculate College. The ISSP is an all-island platform of integrated social science research and graduate training focusing on the social, cultural and economic transformations shaping Ireland in the 21st Century.

The ISSP is currently supporting a programme of research in the Department of Geography, MIC, which is a partner in the National Institute for Regional and Spatial Analysis. This includes funding for a number of student research internships.
