  At The Education Awards 2017 which were presented in Dublin recently, MIC’s International Office won an award for International College Achievement. MIC’s International Office was established in 2013 and looks after the College’s international identity as well as attracting international students to study at MIC. The core mission of the International Office staff is to ensure that every student, incoming and outgoing, receives the absolute best student experience possible while at MIC. Read more...

The Erasmus+ Contact Seminar for Eastern Partnership Countries was recently held in Kiev, Ukraine. MIC was selected as one of four Irish HEI’s to accompany the Head of International Education of the HEA, Mr Gerry O’ Sullivan. The two-day seminar covered all international actions of Erasmus+, with a particular focus on International Credit Mobility. The event was centred around networking sessions and a series of three workshops. MIC had the opportunity to open up discussions about potential future partnerships and collaborations with universities in Eastern countries such as Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia and Belarus.

Limerick HEIs Awarded over half National HEA Fund for Student/Staff Mobility

MIC, UL, and LIT combined have been awarded over half of the €1million HEA Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) Fund.




2015/2016 Undergraduate Awards Now Open
The 2015/2016 Undergraduate Awards are now open for registration and submission.  Students are invited to submit their best coursework for a chance to have work published and to attend UA Global Summit 2016!
