Administer the processing of grant payments from Local Authorities/VEC's/Department of Education.

Maintaining Grant records.

Informing the various Local Authorities/VEC's/Dept. of Education of students current status.

Invoicing Local Authorities/VEC's/Dept. of Education for registration fees.

Processing of student maintenance cheques to student's bank account.
Grant Cheques
Grant cheques are normally issued in three instalments per annum:

September/October
-
January/February
-
April
Students should note that it can take 3/4 days for cheques to clear through the Bank/Credit Union/Building Society. Student's bank details can be added to the Student Administration Portal . Enter ID number, date of birth and choose option to add/change bank details.
Please note that monies will not be paid to students who have not completed Registration.
