Student Academic Administration Officer

Student Academic Administration is based on the first floor of the Foundation Building. (Room 112).

Opening hours:

10.00a.m. – 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.

The office directly supports the work undertaken by the Vice-President Academic Affairs, Prof. Eugene Wall, and the Assistant Registrar, Dr. Patrick Connolly.

Processing applications for all courses, Enrolment of all new students, Promotion of College Programmes, Dealing with enquiries from prospective students

Access/Disability Office

Provides information on Access routes for Prospective Students; Post-entry supports and advice for HEAR students; co-ordinates supports for students with disabilites/on-going medical conditions; student financial assistance.

Academic System Administration

Administration of the Academic Programme Appraisal Committee (APAC); Course Management on the student records system; Online Module Registration; Statistics and HEA returns; Administration of Digitary service for MIC graduates.

Assistant Registrar's Office

Access & Disability; Garda Vetting; Student Discipline; Semester Timetabling.



Contains up to date information for MIC Students. (eg) semester timetables, examination timetables, and accessing student e-mail.

The Student Academic Administration Office is located on the first floor of the main building – Room number 112. Counter service to students is available from Monday – Friday 10.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.
