Student Services Office
The Student Services Office consists of several divisions, namely the Admissions Office, Examinations Office, Accommodation Office and the Grants Office. Additionally the office directly supports the work undertaken by the Vice-President Academic Affairs, Prof Eugene Wall, and the Assistant Registrar, Dr Patrick Connolly.
The office is responsible for the running of the annual Graduation Ceremonies. Disability and access issues also fall within the ambit of the Student Services Office.

How to Avail of Services
The Student Services Offices is located on the first floor of the main building – Room number 112. Counter service to students is available from Monday – Friday from 10.00 a.m. – 12.45 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. – 4.00 p.m.
Mail boxes are provided just outside the Student Services Office for Social Welfare Forms for stamping. All other important information is provided on the Student Services and Vice President's (Academic Affairs) notice boards located in the Reception area.
