Learner Support Unit (LSU)
The LSU was set up in 1997 with the aim of providing academic support for students taking a degree at MIC.
The centre aims to improve the quality of learning by supporting students in the transition to third level study. Among its staff are an Academic Support Counsellor and Academic Support Tutors.
Students are welcome to drop in to the centre for advice on any aspect of learning at MIC. The centre is located in room G33A, which is at the end of the corridor opposite the students' union shop.
