Studying Psychology at Mary Immaculate College

Students enrolled in the BA programme in Mary Immaculate College have an option of taking first year modules in Introductory Psychology and Social Psychology. Based on performance during the first academic year approximately 25 students will be offered places on the Major Psychology stream and study the core modules that provide students with the basis for graduate membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland. Our first cohort of BA students graduated in 2006.

The Department of Psychology is also responsible for delivery of the psychology modules taken by students enrolled in the B.Ed Education and Psychology. Further information can be found here.
